Kravens offers a comprehensive project management and property refurbishment service. We work with architects, interior designers as well as building contractors to provide personalised services. Our building teams aim to design and refurbish properties depending on the criteria and budget of our clients. These services can be arranged on request.
We will ensure that sites visits are regularly arranged and will update you on the work progress, following your instructions and advising you the best we can to achieve the result you envision.
Project management fees will be discussed prior to the work starting and detailed specifications and expenses will be agreed with you in liaison with all parties involved. Our specialised team will endeavour to make your dream project a reality.
